About Us 

Grön Fuels is a 65,000 barrel per day renewable fuels facility producing Sustainable Aviation Fuel, Renewable Diesel, and Green Hydrogen as low carbon transportation fuels. Grön Fuels utilizes Haldor Topsoe’s Hydroflex technology and Alfa Laval pretreatment technology, heat transfer and water treatment equipment in the design of the plant. The Project benefits from substantial existing infrastructure at its host site, the Port of Greater Baton Rouge, including a recently completed unit train terminal, a large grain elevator at the site, a deepwater port accommodating transoceanic vessels, and interconnection with the Bengal Pipeline, providing access to the Colonial Pipeline System and the Products (SE) Pipe Line (PPL). Because the project is not integrated with fossil refinery complexes, it has leveraged the Fidelis RACER™ design framework, utilizing proven technologies to optimize efficiency, maximize the mitigation of CO2e throughout the plant, and develop a long-term capital investment program to continuously improve on its CO2e.

Environmental, Social, and Governance

Our suppliers are an important component of the Grön Fuels corporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program.​ 
 
Conversation
Grön Fuels asks all potential suppliers to provide any qualifications or information about the following areas:​
  • Environmental – Please provide information about your energy usage, recycling programs, carbon emissions, or any other environmental programs or certifications for your company​
  • Social – Share any employee diversity program information, pay equity policy info, human rights and/or forced labor information such as the UK Modern Slavery Act​
  • Governance – We are also interested in understanding any governance information you can provide such as conflict mineral certificates, California AB 979 board composition information, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and more​

Health and Safety

The health and safety of our employees and contractors are of highest importance for Fidelis and the Gron Fuels project.  ​ 
 
 
We request all potential Gron Fuels project onsite contractors and other suppliers who perform work onsite, to provide your HSE qualifications and program information.  This allows the project team to identify and manage potential safety risks and increase overall workplace safety.   ​
