Information About Registering
Warm Commerce is our primary platform for supplier registration, communication, and bids. Please make note of the following important information.
- All suppliers must provide the below information in their company profiles:
- Location - including manufacturing and shipping locations
- Company Description
- Year Established
- Sales Contact Information including email, mobile number and title
- Products and Services - include lead times and Minimum Order Quantity, Incoterms and any other lead times in the product description
- Industry or NAICS code
- Upload any Quality or Material Certification
- Operational Readiness
- If you have not previously registered with us and interested in becoming a supplier for Intran, please “Register” your company.
- If your registration is the result of an invite, please look for an email that confirms you have completed the registration process.
- If you are a current supplier and have not yet registered on our new portal, please register here.
